⁷For they have ^(A)devoured Jacob
And ^(B)laid waste his ^[a]abode.

⁸^(C)Do not remember our former iniquities against us;
Let Your compassion quickly ^(D)approach us,
For we are ^(E)brought very low.
⁹^(F)Help us, O God of our salvation, for the glory of ^(G)Your name;
And deliver us and ^(H)atone for our sins ^(I)for Your name’s sake.
